Broder Joint-Stock Company was established in 1961 by Anton Broder. Management of Broder Co. is characterized by readiness to devote itself to opening markets. In 1962 Broder Co. operated in a general building sector. Later it produced in Sargans garages from finished pre-fabricated products and entered the sector of gutters made of noble steel. On 27 February 1970 a new legal form of joint-stock company was chosen. Before 1980 work in the sector of deep-drilling and metalworking was started. At the beginning of 90s Broder Co. involved itself in engineering and designed first screening plants. In 1995 the branch of gutters was transferred to Inotec Co. At that time Broder Co. turned its steps towards neighbours abroad. New companies were founded and new relations started. Shortly after that Broder Co. took the next step and transferred the production of garages to Łęknica in Poland.
In 1999 the management of Broder Co. was taken by Anton's sons - Jules and Mathias. They intend to maintain the company on the right course.
